Shipping Details
- We offer free shipping for all orders Australia wide
- Our orders are all shipped from our warehouses in China therefore shipping times may vary from 6-14 weeks. If you have not received your order and it is past that time frame, please contact us directly for assistance.
Return and Refund Policy
We will offer a 7 day return period from the time you receive your order to when you can return it. If it is returned within that time frame, you will also be entitled to a 100% refund. We cannot take responsibilty for items being damaged during transit however. We will try our best to accomodate your needs to the best of our abilities.
You must email [email protected] to advise that you would like to return an item, and receive confirmation from us that it qualifies for a return. You will be given a return address for your item.
You will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
Online Orders and Pricing
Orders placed on our website are subject to availability. Should items be unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel any order.
